Ms Linda Breen – Partner

Linda Breen’s status as a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA) and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, along with her professional track record of successful leadership, strategy development, governance and implementation at director and senior management level evidences her achievements and reputation as a highly accomplished professional.  Her career history includes roles in private and public sectors spanning more than 20 years across the education, health and publishing/advertising sectors.

Linda possesses outstanding operational management and leadership skills as well as acknowledged achievements in leading and managing diverse teams, including successfully overseeing and delivering significant organisational, cultural and systemic change. She has expertise in the management of significant human, financial, and physical resources, including the setting of service delivery KPIs and organisational objectives as well as measuring performance and reporting on achievement against these benchmarks. Her proven project and financial management capabilities have seen her lead many whole of organisation complex initiatives.

Linda has a postgraduate qualification in ethics and legal studies.  She has held several positions on the executive of the Australian Association of University Secretaries and was President in 2018. Her board appointments include Three Rivers University Department of Rural Health Board and a NFP entrepreneurial start-up hub called ‘Upstairs’ which was established under funding from the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet in partnership with Bathurst Regional Council, Reliance Bank and Charles Sturt University.
