Scott is a highly experienced senior manager and Chief Executive Officer, specialising in agile operations management, quality assurance and risk minimisation solutions spanning the financial services, hospitality and vocational training sectors.  He is acknowledged for a pragmatic, business-focussed approach as well as the ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

Scott possesses sound strategic thinking skills coupled with a hands-on approach to day-to-day operational issues. He understands the importance of maintaining compliance in a regulatory environment, but also the importance of organisations remaining profitable.

Scott has a strong current knowledge of trends and issues in the sector, enabling proactive strategic advice to clients.  He is acknowledged for his ability to design and implement quality assurance systems which not only enables our clients to remain compliant with regulations, but also enhances business efficiency.

Scott has expertise in scope management, data integrity and content management. He is highly experienced in dealing with all current regulatory bodies – the Australian Skills Quality Authority, the Victorian Registration & Qualifications Authority and the Training Accreditation Council WA – with whom he builds consultative and collaborative relationships, producing workable and cost-effective outcomes for our clients.

Among his many credentials, Scott is a qualified quality and compliance auditor.
