People and Careers at Cyprinoid
Directors, Non-Executives
Directors at Cyprinoid Solutions provide strategic leadership and direction to the organisation.
They are responsible for setting overall business objectives, defining strategic priorities and ensuring alignment with our mission and values. Directors oversee key operational functions, including business development, client relations and financial management, and play a central role in guiding decision-making processes, driving growth initiatives and measuring and monitoring performance.
Our directors are highly experienced with deep global networks, have held multiple non-executive directorships in both the business, government and NGO sectors and bring at least 25 years’ experience to the firm.
Deputy Directors, Executives
Partners are senior leaders within Cyprinoid Solutions who contribute to shaping the organisation’s strategic direction and growth trajectory.
They leverage their industry expertise, networks and market insights to identify opportunities, develop new business relationships and drive revenue growth. Partners collaborate closely with directors, senior counsels and strategic advisers to execute strategic initiatives and deliver value for our clients.
Partners hold equity positions in the firm and have worked for the business for at least five years, having previously held C-suite roles in one or more of Cyprinoid’s target market and industry sectors.
Senior Counsels
Senior Counsels at Cyprinoid Solutions provide deep systems and domain expertise and guidance on complex regulatory, compliance and governance issues.
They lead client engagements related to their business operations, transactions and strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards and government regulations. Senior Counsels also play a key role in negotiating contracts, resolving disputes and mitigating risks, while assuring quality across the firm and excellence in service delivery.
Our team of senior counsels are highly experienced with deep global networks and bring at least 20 years’ experience to the firm. Our Senior Counsels are world-class communicators, with exceptional writing and presentation skills honed from many years of providing reports and presenting findings to boards of directors, the executive of the public service and at Cabinet level within government.
Our Senior Counsels have spent at least two thirds of their career with line management responsibility in-non consulting roles, including in the C-suite.
Strategic Advisers
Our Strategic Advisers are seasoned professionals with deep industry knowledge and experience who provide strategic guidance and insights to Cyprinoid Solutions and its clients.
They offer valuable perspectives on market trends, competitive dynamics and emerging opportunities, helping to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth. Strategic Advisers may also facilitate introductions and connections with key stakeholders and partners.
Typically, our Strategic Advisers are experienced with professional networks that specialise in one or more of Cyprdinoid’s specialist service offerings or target industry sectors, and bring at least 15 years’ experience to the firm. They are first-rate communicators, with excellent writing and presentation skills gained through many years developing reports and presenting findings to boards, executives and senior management across the private and public sectors.
Our Strategic Advisers have spent most of their careers with line management responsibility in-non consulting roles, often in highly specialist and deep technology functions.
Senior Project Managers
Senior Project Managers oversee the planning, execution and delivery of client projects at Cyprinoid Solutions.
They are responsible for managing project timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Senior Project Managers collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, identify risks and issues, assure quality and service delivery and implement mitigation strategies to achieve project objectives.
Our Senior Project Managers are experienced professionals with networks that specialise in one or more of Cyprdinoid’s specialist service offerings or target industry sectors and bring at least 10 years’ experience to the firm. Our Senior Project Managers have spent most of their careers in project delivery roles, often in highly specialist and deep technology functions. Typically, our Senior Project Managers have a deep understanding of risk management and quality assurance principles and practices, particularly ISO31000 and ISO9000.
Project Managers
Project Managers at Cyprinoid Solutions are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and delivery of client projects.
They coordinate project activities, manage resources and track progress against milestones and deliverables. Project Managers also serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Our Project Managers are typically post-graduate qualified and have worked in the business, government or NGO sectors for at least five years and can demonstrate a sound understanding of project management approaches and methodologies.
Researchers
Researchers at Cyprinoid Solutions conduct in-depth research and analysis on a wide range of topics, including market trends, industry benchmarks and competitive landscapes.
They gather and analyse data, compile insights and develop actionable recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth. Researchers also support thought leadership initiatives, producing whitepapers, articles and presentations on relevant industry topics.
Our Researchers are typically post-graduate qualified and have worked in the business, government or NGO sectors for at least five years.
Analysts
Analysts play a critical role in supporting project teams and client engagements at Cyprinoid Solutions.
They conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, develop financial models and prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients. Analysts also contribute to market research, competitive analysis and due diligence efforts to support business development and strategic initiatives.
Our Analysts are typically post-graduate qualified and have worked in the business, government or NGO sectors for at least five years.
Support Staff
Support Staff provide administrative and operational support to Cyprinoid Solutions and are an important part of our team.
They assist with office management, scheduling, travel arrangements and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Support Staff also play a key role in coordinating meetings, events and other activities to support team collaboration and productivity.
